The journeys of the column “Running the Globe” have taken us to the faraway Nepal and to the even further Brazil (away from the glamour of the Rio Olympic Games). This time it will again take us to Asia, to tour us to China’s first ultra distance race, the Ultra-Trail Gobi Race. At this demanding part of the map, the organization invites all amateur and professional runners to try their valence and power among ancient ruins and the Gobi desert, which doesn’t easily forgive!
