After a second position in the 4th edition of the Trail Awards, last year, the organizers say that “it is an honor for us to receive this recognition along with names such as Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc, Zegama-Aizkorri, Transalpine-Run or Transvulcania”, which won in their respective categories.

Registrations for the 4th edition of the PSR, which will take place from the 1st to the 7th of September, are open since the 1st of November and have already filled 70% of available spots more than 8 months before the race. More than 90% of those registered are international, with participants from Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, The Netherlands, France or Austria among others. The organization of the PSR takes care of the accommodation, food, marking, supplies and everything that participants may need so that they only have to worry about enjoying and overcoming the challenge of crossing the Pyrenees from East to West, after running 240km and 15000m of elevation gain in teams of two or three participants, which makes the experience even more intense.

The former participants agree that the PSR is a unique experience thanks to the landscape, the atmosphere and the camaraderie that is created during the 7 days of adventure, and that is what has made them winners of this prestigious recognition.
